I'm so frustrated. I'm not sure what I've done wrong. I downloaded Y2 DE, it opens a window where I can choose which unit I want to view. I allowed active content, so that's not it.
When I click on unit 3, I see all the tabs on the right for the different weeks.
When I click on a week, it's all crazy symbols and the whole window freezes up.

Help, please? I was so excited about getting on and organizing my folders.

Hmmm... I requested a Lock Lizard user license. Maybe that was the problem? I'll try again. The info said I would get an e-mail in 48-72 hours. Will I need to wait to use my DE until then?

After I downloaded Lock Lizard it seems like it will open, but it says I'm not authorized to view the documents. So, I guessing I'll have to wait utnil I get the e-mail form Lock Lizard.
I'm glad I figured it out, but I'm bummed because I would have requested one days ago if I knew I would have to wait to ude the DE.

If you were sent an email with an offer to download unit 3 of Y2 or Y3, you should have received the license the next day. The license would have been sent to the same address that the original email was sent to. You may want to check your "spam" or "junk" folder--sometimes the license file winds up there.

If you don't see it, email me at digital@tapestryofgrace.com and let me know what email address you received the original email at. I can then check the LockLizard license file and see what's happening.

Am I allowed to download the digital edition and locklizard to both our computers? It is currently on my desktop, but I realize that having it on my laptop as well would be beneficial.
