I just wanted to post a very public praise and "Thank You" for the TOG support staff and Ray, especially. I had a non-urgent issue that I emailed about yesterday afternoon, offline. It was something that would eventually need addressing, but I was functioning ok until then. This morning, I went to check email, and had a message from Ray. I went to the online support (per his directions) and he walked me through everything, including taking control of my computer remotely to perform some(most) of the tasks for me. He very patiently answered my questions, and resolved my problems. Thanks so much to the Tapestry staff and Ray, especially for such stellar support! Robin
