Hello,

I did a chat with Ray about a week ago regarding a small box watermark that was appearing on the cover pages. Now, as I'm printing out other pages, it is on some of them too. Will this be corrected in the next update?

I've been working with LockLizard on this issue. The last time this came up (January 2009), it was a Viewer problem and when they released an update to the Viewer software, the watermark went away.

Hopefully, that's the case again. I was told by the LockLizard tech support people that their development team is researching the issue now. If my assumption is correct, the next update to the LockLizard Viewer software should fix that.

For those of you reading this that don't know what we're talking about, there is a small white rectangle in the bottom left of each page. It's only noticeable on the cover (which is a full-page graphic) and on pages with the colored quarter-circle. It doesn't affect any important text, but it's kind of jarring.

As I suspected, it is something with the Viewer software.* LockLizard will be releasing an update hopefully later this week that will fix the watermark problem.

I got an email from LockLizard tech support a half an hour ago that this issue (which seems to have been a PC-only problem) has been fixed. I tested it and the watermark is now gone. Download the most recent update to LockLizard from http://de.tapestryofgrace.com/links/LLSV_PC.htm
