I downloaded all 4 steps, but still can't access the content except through LockLizard. I'm not sure what the problem is. The content I downloaded is pdf files that don't open an explorer window, but just LockLizard. When I tried BETA when it was in the testing time, I could access the Loom, curriculum and all supplements from the one window and it would open other windows. Now, I have to continually go back to my document files, plus I don't have the Loom.

When I downloaded the content files, they were saved to my document folder. Is that where they are supposed to be saved?

For Macintosh users, read the Readme file inside the folder that opens up when you open the .dmg file.

For WIndows folders, we recommend that you do not change the default installation location--that is, everything is in the "Tapestry of Grace" directory inside your "Programs" directory.

Some of the Loom documents are .pdf files that will open either in your browser window or in a separate Adobe Acrobat window (depending on how you have your browser set up). All the other documents are .pdc files which will always open in a separate LockLizard window.

From your description, it sounds like you either didn't install everything, or you changed the default installation location of something. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-705-7487 and they can walk you through it.
