Help! I seem to have lost access to the workbook content on the Loom sometime between last week and this week. I can get to everything else, but when I click on workbook content I just get a blank white webpage. What am I missing?

If you were looking on the online Loom, you're seeing a blank white webpage because we took the files down earlier this week. All the files are on the Loom that you downloaded or was on the CD that was shipped to you.

I am not sure what happened, but it corrected itself last night. I had clicked on workbook content from the new interface under curriculum, but it was taking me to the Loom and then that was coming up blank. But then this morning when I tried it, I got directly to the workbook content. So who knows!

New question. I have Writing Aids with the CD. Now I see it on the interface as a category. Is there someway to link those, or would that require another purchase? I am fine with opening up a separate file from my CD if I must, but it sure would be handy to have it accessible on the same page as everything else.

Customer Service is working toward getting the system set up to have you mail in your Writing Aids CD. They will then add access to the Writing Aids documents to your DE. Look for an announcement once this is set up. For now, you can use those inactive links as a handy guide for the documents you'll want each week.

Perfect! That is exactly what I have been doing with them, but I certainly will look forward to active links.
