It looks to me as though the discussion for bible survey and church history are not answering the questions as given but just randomly answering some questions from them.
Are the answers for all of the questions on page 23 given somewhere?

The answers are all given within the section on p. 49, although the questions are asked differently. The only one not answered is the speculation about to whom the tower of babel was dedicated. Remember that this question is speculation only. It's interesting to see what answers the students come up with.
