I am currently writing my course descriptions for Year 4. I visited the Loom but only years 1-3 are listed. In particular I am needing help writing up the literature description. It is so well done and succinct for the other years--any chance any one on staff might have a rough draft for year 4?

Here's you one for history:

This world history course begins with the opening of the 20th century and follows the course of the two World Wars,the Great Depression and its aftermath, and surveys political issues in Germany, Italy, Japan, U.S.S.R, Israel, India, Pakistan, and China. Other foci include the Cold War, the Civil Rights movement, and the space race. Additionally, students will study the cultural and societal changes of every decade in the 1900's. Finally, the student will study the book of Revelation and consider prophetic events.

I don't really have time to do other subjects, but if you use the Year 3 Course Descriptions as a guide, you can just add in some of the lit, govt, and philosophy titles. Please keep in mind that for Classic year-plans, the credit earned for govt and philosophy is 1/4 each.

Here was my short and simple one for Year 4 history:

History of the World - the 1900's
Topics included: American Imperialism, World War I, Russian Revolution, Great Depression, Roosevelt Policies, Totalitarianism, Appeasement, Churchill, World War II, Establishment of Israel, Ghandi’s India, Mao’s China, Korean War, Civil Rights in America, Cold War, Reagan’s Revolution

-We did a separate one for lit
