I've been busy printing out maps to put in my students' notebooks for next year and came across certain weeks where the D/R maps are shaded and the G maps are not -- seems to me this should be opposite? For example, on Week 36, the Grammar map has outlines of areas (for them to color in and label) of where the Barbarian tribes settled, but the D/R map is already colored in for them just to label. This happens in Weeks 21-23 as well.

Is it because G students are more "into" coloring than older kids or are the maps switched by mistake? Not that this is a major issue or anything, but I'm just curious! Thanks! Wink

Hi Lori,
Unfortunately that does look like an error. Fortunately though, as you say, it doesn't really affect the student. Smiler

Thanks for pointing this out! It will be a while before we make more Year 1 MapAids disks, but when we do, we'll try to get that corrected.

Blessings,
