Hi all-

I was noticing a recommended video in Wk6 to watch Ted Turner productions Abraham, Jacob, and Joseph movies. First, is this a series of movies or one title alone? Second, is this an okay family movie for various ages including lower grammar or for Dialectic level and above? Thanks for you help.

Oh, and can anyone give me the specific title. I'm having a difficult time determining exactly which DVD I'm looking for. Thanks.

The movies are a series. They include not only Abraham, Jacob, and Joseph, but also Moses, Samson, David, Esther, Solomon, and Jeremiah. (Those are the titles.) The majority are quite accurate Biblically--our family really likes them--but you need to be aware that the battle scenes are quite violent (they are battles, after all), and some of the movies' sexual content is more than I prefer my children see. (e.g. Potiphar's wife's seduction of Joseph) We fast forward through those parts because I do believe the rest of the movie is so good. I bought them in two sets from Amazon.
