I was hoping for suggestions as to what timeline figures to use for Year 1. I have read some of the other posts and people have recommended a few different companies, however I was wanting suggestions from anyone who has used figures from a particular company specifically for Year 1. I just dont want to spend money on one companies timeline figures and come to find out there wasnt that many figures in that pack that pertained to my Year 1 study. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch, Misty.

P.S. We are planning on making our own timeline notebook, simply because we love notebooking, so we really only need ideas for the figures. Smiler Thanks again.

I love the Homeschool in the Woods timeline figures on CD. We've used them for Years 1-3 so far and there are at least 260 figures to choose from in each year. (The Homeschool in the Woods website gives a breakdown by year.) The CD includes images that can be scaled, which I like.

HTH!

We used Homeschool in the Woods timeline figures, and actually used more than the teacher's guide suggested, because they had so many we could implement w/ our studies

If you are a member of the Year 1 Yahoo Group you will find beautiful Timeline figures which one of the homeschool moms created. They are in the files section.
If you are not a member, it is very easy to join.
