I normally use my windows machine, but I tested them out on my husband's Linux machine for you. The autorun feature does not work with Linux, but each CD has either an index.htm or interface.html. If you know how to open these files in a web browser (we use firefox and it worked) then you can see the links to click on. These links take you to PDF files which I was able to click on and open using the Linux machine.
