I took out my CD of Evaluations for Y2 UG and when I tried to launch it to take a look at the evaluations it seemed to begin to launch and then just immediately closed. Anyone else have this problem? Wondering if it is a defective CD or if I am doing something wrong.
If you go to the contents of the CD (PC: My Computer > select CD-ROM drive > Explore or Mac: Select the CD from the desktop icon), look for a file called "Interface" or "Index". If you don't see one of those files, you have a defective CD. Contact Customer Service to return it.
Thank you. I found Index and was able to open that and get to the interface of the CD. It seems that the AutoRun.exe does not work on this CD but my problem is solved by using the Index.
