Everytime I try to open my Y3 Evaluations CD, a blank Autorun box appears, then a "index - Notepad" box appears, containing a bunch of technical information. That's it! All my other Tapestry CDs are working fine, including my Y3 Map Aids. My operating system is Windows XP. Thanks in advance for your help.
Hello, I am sorry that your CD is coming up like this. It seams to be happening only on your computer. Please call Customer Service and we will help you get this working.
