This is the first time that I have tried to print anything from my map aid cd, but it won't let me print. I get a message telling me that I first need to set up a printer. My printer is working fine with other Adobe Reader documents. I even tried to print maps from the TOG samples on the website and was able to. Is there something wrong with my disk or was I supposed to set it up in some way before using it?

Try rebooting your computer. Sometimes that will fix a "I can't find your printer ... but I know it's here SOMEWHERE" problem.
