For question #11 the test says "The pathway that the pioneers traveled through a part of the high Rocky Mountains is also known as the Continental Divide." But I believe that a "pathway through" would be called a "pass." According to World Book the Continental Divide is "the term used to designate the line of elevated land that separates areas drained to opposite sides of a continent." The Jean F. Blashfield book refers to it on pages 4, 6, and 8 and seems to be using the World Book type definition of a line of elevated land. So, shouldn't question #11 be false?

Thanks for drawing out attention to the poor wording in this question. It is meant to be talking about the Continental Divide. Smiler A newly-worded question and a note concerning question #12 will be posted in an updated version of the exam soon.

Blessings,
