Hi, Ray!!
I have Y4U1. All is well, but it is on my desktop and in my personal files. Everything works fine from both places, including my supplements - map aids and evaluations. When I access it from the desktop, everything is available.
In my files, I have several things:
Y4 map aids
Y4U1 map aids
y 4 Evals
Y4 U1 evals
Y4 interface
Whenever I try to access any of those, it asks me to install them - EVERY time.
So, I bought Y4U2. It says it is still processing. But it also says my orders from June are still processing...odd. I have been to the download center, gone through every step, and still no U2. The curriculum, not the band.
Thoughts?

I don't remember if you have PC or Mac.

You should only run from the Mac .dmg or the PC .exe file the very first time. After that, you should access Tapestry by following the steps in the Readme.pdf file inside the .dmg folder (Mac) or by using the desktop or Start menu icon (PC).

If you're continuing to have difficulty, call Customer Service at 1-800-705-7487 and one of us will walk you through it. (Bono's not willing to help you, but we're more than happy to help you!)

Thanks, Ray. I went through all the steps again after deleting all the redundancies, and we are go for launch. Would have loved some Bono face-time, though...
