Thank you to everyone who prayed last week during the fires here in San Diego. We didn't have to evacuate, but the fire did come w/in 5 miles of us. All of our friends and family have made it through with intact homes, though some did have to evacuate for a while. However, nearly 1600 people did lose their homes, so please keep the rebuilding process in your prayers. Many here are taking the opportunity to share the love of Jesus with those who are hurting and/or had a scary wake up call about how fleeting our earthy belongings can be.
