Would anyone happen to know of a good grading rubric for the Biography assignment for Levels 5 & 10 in Yr. 2? My two older children have completed the assignment but I'm looking for some help with grading them.

Hi, Juanita,

If you have Writing Aids, you will find a Biography grading rubric on the disc that came with your book.

If not, for Level 5 I would use the kind of rubric you use to grade reports, since a biography is usually just a more specified report at this level. For Level 10, you can do the same, adding in your evaluation of content and structure how the student did in analyzing the person as well as relating the facts (if an analysis was part of the assignment).
