Has anyone else figured out how to match up the chapters and/or page numbers in the reading assignment charts with what may be a different edition of Hakim's books? For example, my "Age of Extremes is c. 1994 (doesn't mention what edition, so I assume it's first), and often I find that the chapters don't quite mesh with the topic of the week. I can often figure it out, but sometimes it's a little vague. If someone has already done the work with books side-by-side I'd love to benefit from it; if not, maybe I'll try to find the correct version based on the isbn in the resource guide so I can do the job myself.
Thanks!
Bonnie

Can't help you with the lining up but I can give you the copyright - 1999 of the ones I've been using. Second edition -
also the isbn for war, peace and all that jazz is 0195127676

I haven't had any problems with this edition and the TOG assignments so I'm sure it's an edition problem.
Best wishes
