It says "Differentiate between graphic organizers that help us organize our thoughts for prewriting different paragraph genres.(See suggested organizers in Writing Aids.)"

I'm unsure of what this means and where to find the different information in the organizers section. Could someone shed some light?

Basically, the point of this bullet is for you to take the opportunity to teach your student (or review with him) about graphic organizers, specifically about how they are used for prewriting and how different graphic organizers are meant to help them organize their thoughts for different genres. You can look at the graphic organizers page in Writing Aids for some help with this. As you can see in the week-plan itself, we also give suggestions for graphic organizers to be used with each of the suggested writing assignments.
