Hi I'm brand new to TOG and I can't open any of the pdfs on the Loom CD (Y1). I know its not my computer....all other pdfs open just fine. Thank you. KathyR

Do you happen to have the lastest version of Adobe? If you don't have the lastest version on your computer, that could be a cause of the problem. Please shoot us an email at custserv@lampstandpress.com if you continue to expereince problems. Good luck!!!

Hi Kathy!

I just got Year 1 Redesigned 2nd printing and I did notice this with a couple of the links to PDF's on my Loom CD too. I was able to go around the Internet Explorer interface and get to the actual file (which opened just fine by the way) by going to My Computer (Computer if using Vista), right clicking on the D drive and chosing "explore" to see the files on the CD. Then I navigated to the correct folder and found the needed PDF.
