I am having trouble with week 1 of year 2 plan. My wife and I are going to be teaching the lower grammer level- since this is our first time with Tapestry we went to the booklist and purchased the books from the website that we couldn't get from our local library.

Now we are setting up our lesson plans and in the very first week more than half of the books listed as assignments are not listed on the website as part of the lower grammer year 2 plan! Am I missing something- I hope this isn't a trend for the rest of the year!!!

Any help any of you can offer would be much appreciated!!!

On which page are you looking in the week plan? All of the primary resources are listed on the left page of the yellow-edged Reading Assignments section only. On the right hand page, entitled Alternate or Extra Resources, the resources listed are not necessary. They are there in case you want to supplement or replace a primary resource. Only primary resources would be listed at the Bookshelf Central store or on the resource lists at the Lampstand Press store.

One other thing to check is to see which version of year 2 you are using. Is it classic or redesigned? They will have substantively different booklists -- books for classic aren't listed anywhere on the websites.

I just compared my year plan week 1 primary resource page with the resource list online and they line up 100%.

Getting started can be a little confusing. Just post again if I haven't answered your question. We've all been there at some point!
