Hi everyone!
Our package arrived this week and I'm busy getting everything ready to begin Year 1 with my oldest children - dialectic son in 7th grade and upper grammar daugter in 5th grade. We also have a 2 year old son to keep busy! I've homeschooled my children their whole lives but this is our first year using a packaged curriculum like this. I've always done it on my own -coming up with books from the library and doing all the work myself. I do have a teaching degree so it really wasn't too difficult. But with our children getting older, I really wanted something more for them and this will be a big help for me too! I'm excited about learning along with them.

We also use Math-U-See, and Sandi Queen's Language Lessons books and copywork books. We'll be doing Real Science for Kids Chemistry Level 1 also. I have always based my educational philosophy on Charlotte Mason's ideas and will be adapting a Charlotte Mason approach with our TOG.

I'm sure I'll be on the forum often and hope to "meet" many of you!
