I'm planning ahead as we live overseas and it takes awhile to get our books. I notice that some people are having a hard time finding some books, for instance, From Sea to Shining Sea by Nelson. I think that is used for 3 or 4 weeks, and the questions in the teacher's guide are linked to it, according to the description on the Bookshelf.

Any ideas what other book to substitute? Are there other books that will be hard to locate and for which you have a good substitute?
