Hi. I have purchased Years 1, 2, and 3 Redesigned. I just recently realized that the Loom is supposed to be sent to us on disc at some point...is that right? Anyway, I received my Map Aids disc for Y2 sometime earlier this summer, but I haven't received the Loom for Y2. I also never received a disc for the Loom Y1. Anyway, I was just wondering if I should have received the Loom for Y1 and 2 on disc. Thanks for any help.

Hi Jaime!

You are correct - every customer who purchases TOG during its redesign phase will receive a Loom CD for the year plan once it becomes available. You definitely should have received a Loom CD for Y1 (I'm so sorry about that!) and we will ship that out to you today The CD for Year 2 is just about ready, and should be shipped out within two weeks.
