I just purchased Y4U2 & can't get it to open on the DE homepage (or any other way). I refreshed LockLizard, etc. as well. I didn't have this problem when I purchased Y4U1 in the summer.
Any ideas how to get this to work?

I'm not sure if this will help with your problem, but all I had to do to fix a similar problem was to reboot my computer. Every time I download a new unit or supplements, something on my system goes wacky. The first time, my cursor stopped responding, but a reboot took care of the problem. This last time, I was unable to download one of the supplements from the new DE Download page. It kept getting hung up and wouldn't respond when I clicked on the link. If things are not working the way you expect, you may want to reboot and see if that makes things go more smoothly. Other than that, I'd contact customer service for tech support. They are very helpful!

I am having this same problem. I emailed Tapestry, and they said I would have to call to get it straitened out. I have not done that yet.

At least I'm not the only oneSmiler
