Help! I am new to Mac and I'm trying to print my DE. I'm not getting the page numbers at the bottom to print or the side bars. It seems to print about 1/4 inch in from left, right and bottom...any suggestions? TOG support didn't have any options and neither did my apple care...HELP! I've tried all sorts of settings on my printer but nothing is working...

Every model of printer is a little different as far as how wide the margins have to be. You may want to try to print that page and check (or uncheck) "Fit contents to page" and see if that makes it better.

Mac users: One of our customers recommended that you pick "Destination Paper Size" and scroll down to "US Letter" and follow that sub-menu to "Borderless 8.5x11in."

I did change my settings to have margins at 0 on left and right for 8.5X11 paper and I did get the numbers at the bottom of the page but not the sidebar headings like "threads" "teachers notes" etc...those are not showing up on the side of the page...any thoughts? I also tried the "scale to fit" but it did not work either.
