I had no trouble printing maps last week, but am getting a message stating I don't have permission to use Map Aids Year 3. I did purchase this product. Thanks!

Hi ladies,
That's my fault...I previously had the MapAids 3 permissions set up incorrectly and everyone who tried to access it could download the maps, but it's fixed now. So, I'm forwarding your requests to customer service so that they can get you correctly taken care of. So sorry about that!!
