I purchased the Shorter Works Anthology online but can't get access to it. Does each eProduct purchase have to be enabled by a Lampstand employee during business hours or is there some way I can put in a password somewhere to access it?

On a different tech topic,I haven't been able to access the Rhetoric literature documents (Frameworks, Poetics etc.) since Thursday. It's just a blank screen when I click on them. If they're down for maintenance or whatever, that's fine, but if there's something I can do on my end to get access, I'd love to know about it.

You're right: all eProducts have to be enabled by our Customer Service department. Please call them at 1-800-705-7487 to gain access to the Shorter Works Anthology.
