Is there a reason the high middle ages map of Europe is in the beginning of week 8 and not week 7?

This map may be geared for the upper levels, who are still discussing Europe, but I noticed at the bottom it was for "all levels," and wanted to be sure I wasn't missing a thread somewhere in the grammar work. I must admit, I have only skimmed week 8, so I hope I'm not wasting anybody's time with a question that has an obvious answer!
