Hello,

I need to change my e-mail address. How do I go about doing that and still be able to access the Loom?

I did send a note to customer service but haven't heard anything from them.

Hi Annabelle,
To change your email address, go to "Go" just above this text box, then "personal zone." From there, go to "profile," then "view/edit complete profile" on the right side of your page. You'll see where you can change your email address at that point.
