Hi there-
I purchased Year 2 on this website and had the internet access to the Loom transferred to my name, which I have been using! I was assuming that I would get the Loom cd soon, but I have not gotten it yet. Is there anything that Ishould do? Thanks- Mara |

Hmm, for whatever reason I'm not seeing the original name of the person you purchased Y2 from, which is why it never got sent to you. Can you email custserv@lampstandpress.com the name, so we can finish transferring the info to your name and get the Loom CD out to you? Sorry for the confusion there! Stephanie |
