I have both and they are very similar so I'd say you could just substitute.
I think TOG uses the play titles to assign weekly readings so you'll want to go through and make sure you've got a plan to cover the book you have since I'd guess they would both not have identical plays.
Also, TOG jumped around in the book form week to week, and I'm curious if there was a practical or philosophical reason for that. That might help you to figure out your own schedule. At the least if you have older children, I think you'd want to read the play they are reading in the first week they read it.

I have the same Lamb book and the Leon Garfield ones. I am going to use those. It is not that hard to figure out what they need to read. These books made my boys love Shakespeare.
