When will the Yr.2 Redesign evaluations and Pop Quiz be available for purchase?

Year 2 Evaluations are available now as an eProduct. They can be puchased here. The CD version will be released summer '08.

At this time, Pop Quiz Year 2 Unit 1 can be purchased as part of the year 2 Bonus Bundle only, and is then backordered. It will be available for individual purchase in mid- to late-August.

Your response sounds like the Year 2 Evaluations are up on the site. Is this correct? I have been checking on the Evaluations section, but when I go in, there is nothing there. I've assumed that they weren't available yet. Am I wrong or am I just not being able to access them?

No; they're not up yet.

We do plan to get the first two weeks up by the start of school: we have always publicized our support of a third-week-of-August school year, and though we'll be cutting it close, we do anticipate running far ahead of that schedule as the year progresses. What has slowed us down has been the need to print Writing Aids. When that has been fully produced, we can turn important staff resources to coming quickly up to speed with Year 2 Evaluations.

Thanks so much for your reply! You must be so tired of trying to explain to people what is ready and what is not. Please be assured that I was not pushing. I have been waiting patiently (really, I have!) for all my "parts" to arrive. It's like waiting for Christmas to come! I just thought that maybe there was a present that had already arrived and I missed it!

I did find the evaluations available for puchase (online access) at the link Juli posted above.

And, yes, thank you Juli and Marcia for communicating with us. We'll be starting Yr. 2 as soon as I get my act together, so I'll always be using the new Revision of each year. I'll be getting it in pieces as it comes out, but I figure it will be less overwhelming to have a 'piece' to digest at a time instead of the whole package. God bless all your hard work!

Is there a way to see a sample page of the Y2 Evaluations? I didn't use them for Y1 and I'm wondering if I might want to use them this year. I"m mostly interested in the Rhetoric level and if the Evaluations are separated out by subject. For instance, can you just do a history evaluation and not a literature?

I think that the Go to Egpyt sample has some evaluations in it, so you can look at that there.
