Does any one know how long it takes before I get the email with permission to access the file? I ordered my Year 2 Evaluations on Thursday.

I have found it takes about 3 days. If you email customer service they will respond very quickly.

The normal process us usually two days, but because of our mass shipment for Writig Aids this week, normal processes are taking a little longer. However, you can always email me directly at custserv@tapestryofgrace.com and we can usually take care of it that day (or next if it's late in the day).
