I am trying to figure out the easiest way to do a timeline with DS10. He is home only for this year which is TOG explorer to 1820(I think that is the the end of Year 3 unit 1) Because of he is home only one year I dont want to buy a timeline book that will be empty in the early portion of the book. I think this blank timeline page will serve us well.

Now I am trying to find the easiest way to fill it in. Homeschool in the woods has characters you can format to your size with the info on them. That looks good but a little time consuming to fomat and print(Ok I know this is sounding lazy but I want this to be reallllllly easy). I found these stickers:

The problem is on the link that says it will tell you all of the images on the stickers, it only shows ancients so I dont know if what people are available in my time frame. I will email the company and try to find out. Does anyone else have an easy peasy way of doing this. I dont want to do the one that is software that you do soley on the computer.

Actually the link I provided for the stickers is a little complicated. You have to hit order at the top of the page . It will go to a page that shows a link for templates in the middle of the page. After you see the template you can go 1/2 way down and there is a link for the stickers.

each TOG year plan has a yahoo group set up for it. If you will join the yahoo group for your year plan, you will then have access to the Files for that group. And there, you can find timeline figures already done for each week. All you need to do is print them out, and your ds can cut and paste them onto whatever type of pages you want to set up. This is what we do, and it is so easy! I'm so so thankful to whomever it was who took the time to create those terrific figures.
