I purchased year 3 DE in the spring. I am trying to access Loom documents and none of the links are working. The rest of my Tapestry DE is working, but none of the Loom document links are "hot".

The websites seem to have conflicting information. When I go through my DE link the Loom says that the documents should be available on the website because year 3 is still in production. The website says I should have access through my Loom CD. BUT, I bought DE, so I don't have any CD's, right?

I'm confused and need help because our co-op planning meeting is tomorrow and I set aside this evening to work on my plans.

I'm no one official, but I think you may need to do a DE update. Click on Tapestry of Grace at the top of this page, then click on the link that says "Tapestry DE" at the top of the next page. Click on the button that says "Updates." The Year 3 Loom updates were added on 5/20. I think you can simply click the appropriate update button.
