Help !!! I just logged on to the loom this AM to print my SAP's. It does not show them under the Year 2 tab and appears like I need to scroll down the page to find them, but I cannot ! I printed off my Evaluations and MapAids fine. Anyone else having this problem? I tried refreshing the page to see if that would do. I am in Week 28, and all that it shows are the Supplements even when I click on the Student Activities and Supplements option on the left.

The site looks great by the way.

It is a lovely new web site! Alas, I'm having trouble with the Loom as well. I have been trying to access it from the new home page but it won't download completely. I e-mailed David a few days ago.

For everyone's information: Explorer has problems with new web software platforms. The preferred browser is now Mozilla Firefox, which can be accessed and downloaded free of charge at www.mozilla.com. David highly recommends it for all your web browsing. It is completely free and completely secure, and you won't have any glitches with our website.

I am able to print off my SAPs now ! Thanks alot for your reply Marcia.

I read that you are recommending that to use the Tapestry of Grace website, we must download, install, and use another browser instead of Explorer? Is this really the only way? I saw the message at the top of your main page of the website, but did not realize that we HAD to use it. I don't particularly want to have 2 browsers running since my DSL service comes with a browser that we have become accustomed to. Is there another way to display the other fields that are not showing?

No, you don't HAVE to download Firefox. We simply suggest it because it's currently the one with the fewest bugs and thus downloads and viewing are easier.

I currently have IE, Firefox, and Netscape as browsers on several computers and haven't had any problems having all three on there at once.

I've downloaded Mozilla Foxfire and still did not get the permission access to use the Loom. What do I do to get the access. I'm a groupee with an account and the is second year using TOG and can't get anywhere with the LOOM and all of its activities because I've not received Premission. I've sent an email and still have not received help. Anyone out there, can you help me?

Jeanette, have you called the customer support people? They are very helpful, and so much quicker that waiting for an email!
