I've been trying since last week (I do have an account), but the pages just don't load and when I click on a certain week, the screen is blank. Anyone else who has that problem?

Btw, does anyone know when the Year 2 CD ships?

Hi Verena,
Which browser are you using? We've found that Internet Explorer has bugs and that often people have trouble viewing or downloading.

We're shipping out all Year 2 Eproducts this week.

I just downloaded Mozilla Firefox and the Loom is working. Hurrah!

I'm having trouble accessing parts of the Loom as well. A lot of pages on the website run off the bottom of the screen and there is no way to scroll down to see the rest. I do use IE, but I use IE for everything and this is the only web site that gives me trouble.

Many people haven't updated their copy of IE, and old versions don't have the same functionality. We have lots of "bells and whistles" on our site that old versions of IE don't recognize. Add in the fact that our website has loads of documents to download.

So, if you particularly like IE, try downloading the newest version and see how it works. If you do this, I'd love to hear your results.

I just received my package for Year 2 today, and it says the Loom CD has been shipped but it wasn't in the box.
When I went to print out the Introductory pages, it says I am denied access.
This is all very confusing! I am a registered user. It is hard to find the instructions for my materials (there is no explanation in the box with my shipment so I figured it out on my own that I would have to go online to get my loom).
Can anyone help me? Thanks, Theresa
PS I emailed customer service and they gave me access. Thanks anyway! (sorry but I am just trying to figure this whole thing out...)

I also have an account and can't load the LOOM either. Its so frustrating! Is there anyway I can get access to it that I'm not trying?
