I am not able to use the loom on my mac. What should I do? When we ordered I thought it was for mac. Been trying to use it all this time and finally asked my husband what was wrong! He informed me of the problem! I am using the redesigned tog, I think. It's all printed out already in binders. I think we bought it at the first of the year? Thanks. Willing to by one, just can't find it online.

I am unclear from your post whether you bought it new or used? If from us, you should have Loom disc with any printed Redesigned copy, and it should work on a Mac just fine. If not, please call Customer Service.

If you bought it used, you'll need to contact your vendor and have them send your Loom disc, which should have been a part of your purchase price. The curriculum is incomplete without it.

One of my friends had the same problem- her husband took it to work and copied it onto another disc and then it did work. Although, when I put it into my newer MacBook, a few weeks later to check it, it did work.

My disc worked right away on my Mac- hope you got this fixed otherwise go Chat with Ray!
