I have recently changed email addresses (due to moving) and had to re-register with Groupee. It seems that I no longer have access to the Year 3 Loom documents. Can someone advise me or send me the information so I can get my access reinstated?

You'll want to contact our customer service department with your contact information so that they can set it up for you.

However, you can also change your old email address on your profile so that you can take care of it yourself. To do so, in the green toolbar, click on "go," then "personal zone," then "profile." On the right, you'll then see "view/edit complete profile." Click here and change whatever you need to.
