My year 1 Loom CD has a big red "button" (just like the resource list "button") for "Book Updates," but it's inactive. Is that because there's another way to access the book updates online? Or has something gone wrong?

Hi Bonnie,
Apparently you have a defective disc. I'll let customer service know so that you can get a new one. Meanwhile, you can access it here: LOOM. You'll notice one column of items that you have to purchase; these are on your disc for free, so don't worry about that for now.
