Has anyone used the new Language Lessons 3 by Jessie Wise?

Yes!!! I love the Language Lessons books. I have a 3rd grader and an 8th grader. I pulled the 8th grader out in 5th (long story - best academic move we made) and the 3rd grader came home after K. Because my oldest was in PS for so long,her grammar skills were abysmal. She didn't even know what a noun was! Since she was so much older, I used Rod&Staff for her, and she's doing much better. But my 3rd grader is (or has) used all of the Language Lessons books, and is doing wonderfully. She knows some things better than her older sister (who often comments that she wishes she had been able to use those books).

This is getting long, so I'll sum up and say that I think the Language Lessons series is one of the best out there for a strong, classical grammar course. FYI - they are coming out with level 4 soon. I've got my pre-order in:-)
