I have successfully downloaded Year 4 Unit 1 but when I click on it it just keeps installing it and I want to open it to run it. I'm sure I'm missing something obvious so please be gentle with me in your reply. I'm already freaked out enough being new to TOG--LOL!

I am no help on the tech side, but just wanted to suggest that you post this again under the DE forum and put Ray's name in the subject line. I know that tech stuff can be frustrating, but the Lampstand people are great at helping us through it all.

Hi april!! Thanks for your kind reply. Actually, at around 3am I read a post talking about an "interface" so I looked for it on the site and found it and downloaded it and Voila!! Everything started working beautifully. I then tried to post on the forum that my problem was solved but I couldn't figure out how to do it and I was too pooped to spend too long on it. sigh...Hopefully one day, I'll be an old pro and breezing through all of this. But for now, I'm just completely inept. So I appreciate the time that you took to reply. Thanks so much! God Bless!
