We have just completed reading The Odyssey (both UG and D levels), and sometimes, I have discovered, you really DON'T WANT their learning to be quite so complete. Case in point: We were decorating Christmas cookies, and my boys used red hots (those red cinnamon candies) to turn all of the angels into CYCLOPS!!
