This question may have already been asked and answered, I am not sure.

I am considering placing an order for a printed Year 3. I have already put my name on the list for Year 2. So, what my question is: will we have access to all of the updates and online activity of the new digital format? Or will that be reserved for only those who specifically purchase the digital format?

I think it would be fabulous for those who pay more for the printed versions of TOG to still have the option to access some of the new features that the digital version will offer. Best of both worlds

Hi Danielle,
We would love the best of both worlds too! However copyright issues come into play, which really controls our decisions in this regard. So, at this point, it looks like "no," one purchase will not provide availability of the two. Beyond knowing that, we have not made other firm decisions that *are* within our control. If there turns out to be something helpful and wonderful we can do, we certainly want to!

I understand everything has not been finalized as of yet. I guess I am wondering if I keep buying the printed version if it is going to become obsolete. Will there still be updates, etc, for the printed version?

Hi Danielle,
Our goal is to be able to provide updates for you. Likely it will be in the same, or a similar, manner as the updates provided currently on the Loom. This is another issue that we're still trying to nail down, but meanwhile, the Loom is the place to go for that.
