Not sure if this is where this post goes...
Do we have to create a new account at the bookshelf since the switchover? I ordered last year and maintained that account. Then the switchover and I am just now trying to log in and it doesn't recognize me. To add to this, I tried changing my email associated with Lampstand press a while ago, but it never went through. No biggy. But, neither email address is accepted at the bookshelf. And to add even more to this dilemma...I have moved and need to change billing address, etc. To recap (LOL) do I have to create a new Bookshelf account due to the switch? ~Tara~ Adoring wife to one. I have ordered before, too, but I needed to create a new account. You probably want to be patient over the weekend as Tennessee has had a lot of storms and their internet is out. I tried to place an order on Friday that wouldn't go through and talked to Dana on the phone. I'm hoping once their internet is working again, that it will all be ironed out. Michelle |
