I wanted to purchase the Map of the Humanities with my gift certificate (from the Bonus Bundle) but the code was not accepted. Is this not one of the products I can purchase with a gift certificate? Also, is it possible to use two gift certificates on the same order or do they need to be used seperately?

How old are your gift certificates? When Lampstand opened the new storefront earlier in the year all gift certificates needed to be transferred to the new system. You can read all about it on the gift certificate FAQ.
