I was wanting to print off a list of primary resources for each level for the entire year. When I search year 3, entire year, lower level,& select every recommended book,the unit 3 books do not show up at all. This happens with each level. When I search using "show individual books" instead of "every recommended book", it is no different. I know I have done this for the other year plans. Did I do something wrong? Thanks for any input!

Since there are a few ways to search with the Bookshelf, it's possible I'm doing something you're not doing (or I'm not doing something you are.)

Here's what I did:

Click the Year 3 cover and then click By Unit

Click Unit 3 and wait for the page to load...

Click "Power Search"

Select "Year 3," "Unit 3" whichever level or "All" and click "Search Now."

If you did it a different way, let me know so we can see why those books aren't showing up for you.

Ray, thank you for your help. I had been doing it a different way. First, let me explain why I like to print out two types of lists. The one I came up with on the Power Search is wonderful. I think I had done that in the past and simply forgot how I got to it!! I like one list for all levels so I can mark them off as I purchase them and keep track of how much I paid for them, and have it handy for when I go to book sales.
I like a 2nd list for each level that has pictures of the book. This way, I can see at a glance exactly which book I need. This helps a lot when searching Ebay or Amazon or even looking through my tubs of books when trying to pull them out for use!!
Now, the way I went about my original search is this way:
I went to the Bookshelf and typed in "year 3" in the search box in the upper left hand corner.

I entered Year 3, Unit 3, Lower Level, Show Individual Books

Clicked on "Show books for this level"
This shows you a ton of books that don't even apply and I don't think any of them are U3 books.
If I try using "Entire year", and "Select every recommended book" there are no U3 books listed.

Was all of this clear as mud? I hope this helps.

We have two problems:

1. It appears that there's a programming error on the part of that search box. Select Y3U3 doesn't select the correct category ... it goes instead to showing the "Year 3 Co-op" category which (should be) all of the Year 3 books (of all units and all levels).

2. Not all of the Y3U3 books were set up to be searchable using that method.

Unfortunately, I can't give you an estimate of when these problems would be fixed. For now, you may have to do the search using one of the two options I provided above. Sorry for the inconvenience.
