I am trying to print out a list to bring to our used curruculum sales, and every option I try gives me a "restricted to purchasers" message. I am trying to make lists for units that I have purchased about a month ago, and it let me use it a couple of weeks ago, but now I can't get a list. Also, it would be very helpful if we could have access to the list for future years that we haven't purchased yet so we can pick up the books used ahead of time. So far I am happy with TOG, but I don't understand why your book lists are so confidential and hard to use. Every other similar program gives you a catalog that is easy to carry around shopping with you, and that's even before you buy anything. I'm sorry to sound like I'm complaining, but I have spent more time trying to make book lists this month than actually teaching my children.

So anyway, could someone tell me if the resource list is not working properly today? It worked for me previously but now it won't. Thank you!

We're working on some MAJOR enhancements to the Resource List software which will only be available to people who bought the related unit. Our goal is to have the website be as "smart" as we can make it, but that means putting a LOT of copyrighted material out on the web. It's a work in progress, but we hope to get it to the point where the average non-customer gets all the information they would expect for free, while the customer who purchased TOG from us gets a whole lot more.

That's our GOAL. There is a lot of work to be done to get there. What is now available to all--public or "visitor" information should serve you well enough to generate shopping lists to go to conferences.

I'm programming the "search by week" feature today, and we'll be adding alternate titles after that. We are going to have to import ALL our old TOG orders from another database so the system will recognize people who bought an item over the phone or from the old store. We're going to need some special grace to get the whole project done by the start of school.

Of course, with all this new development going on, the system may have changed between the last time you used it and now. If I've broken something, I want to fix it ASAP, and if you need something that isn't available yet, I may be able to put in some special "hooks" to get you what you need for now.
